Instead of delving into complex patterns and techniques, we'll focus on immersing ourselves in the essence of rope creativity and attention to communication, all while emphasizing connection and intentionality.
We'll uncover the fundamental Japanese history behind Ipponawa and Ichinawa, (hopefully) clarifying any confusion about their distinctions.
Volunteers will have the opportunity to step into the role of demo-bottoms, providing hands-on demonstrations as the class progresses through each stage, building upon foundational skills and concepts.
Whether tying solo or with a partner, this workshop promises a deep dive into mindful and enjoyable rope activities beyond the superficial.
